Children's Events

Special Events help kids and families mark the seasons and create some of the best memories and ministry opportunities in the life of a child. 

  

Pine Cove for kids - Pine Cove Camps puts on a fall conference we take 3rd -5th graders to each year.  It's a two night stay in the piney woods of east Texas. 

Friday, October 16th through Sunday, October 18th we'll be going to Pine Cove.

 

Fall Festival - Our Awana team sponsors a Fall Festival each year at the end of October on a Wednesday night. 

October 28th from 6:30 - 8:00pm is our Fall Festival.

 

Awana Grand Prix - The Awana team hosts a Pine Wood Derby Grand Prix each year where kids build and race their cars.  Trophies are awarded for fastest cars, best race car designs and most creative designs. 

 

PineCove for Parents - Each spring we take kids and their parents to Pine Cove for some really special times.  It's all the fun of Pine Cove, but fueled by the parent child relationship.

 

VBX - A week long program for kids during the summer where they get to participate in mini sports camps and special interest camps with their friends, have lunch and then get to hear creative bible teaching, play group games and do missions projects.  Usually in June.
