Welcome to 1-2-3 GO! We're taking sign-ups to a whole new level.

Instead of busy papers and messy sign-up sheets we are putting the power in your hands.

It's a simple three-step process that puts you in control of the events you want to go to.

Step One: Print & fill out the Liability Form for the event you wanna go to.

Step Two: Write a check for the event cost.

Step Three: Bring or send the Liability Form and Money to the Youth Office by the deadline.

Liability Form + $ = Registration

Check the details for each event in case there are additional requirements.
