The C.L.U.B. leadership positions are open to children who have made a personal commitment to Jesus Christ, who display and want to grow in their walk with the Lord and in their leadership in ClubHouse ministries. Kids will arrive early for ClubHouse, have a brief devotional and prayer time, do their ministry

service, then participate in regular ClubHouse Sunday School ministries.

What is required:

A parent signature is required to show support and commitment to help kids fulfill the commitment.

Complete the application and provide 2 letters of reference, one from a teacher, coach or school administrator and one from a parent. The letter should highlight your character and recommend you for leadership.
Arrive early to the start of their service hour (9:45am on Sundays) when they are scheduled to serve, which will be at least every other week or possibly each week.
Attend a leadership training and team building function on Sunday, September 26th, from 12:30pm to 7pm. The first 45 minutes will be a casual lunch, parent orientation and a commissioning time of prayer. We ask that at least one parent attend, both are welcome. The rest of the day will be training on leadership and ministry, filled with fun, team building games.
Attend additional training/team building events as scheduled, TBA.
Commit to personal bible study and prayer journaling at home 4 times a week, approximately 10-15 minutes each.
As leaders, members of the C.L.U.B. will be held to a higher standard and expected to display exemplary behavior at all times in the ClubHouse and Awana ministries, but also in school and at home.
The kid involved will commit to personally call the C.L.U.B. leader if they are unable to fulfill their service on any Sunday. A parent should not call, we want the kids to learn to be responsible for themselves.

Each C.L.U.B. member will get to serve in various ministry roles over the course of the school year, including;

Greeting - Be a friendly, welcoming, enthusiastic greeter to kids and their parents.

Snack Shack - Help man the Snack Shack between 11:00 - 11:20am. Stay to help clean until 11:30.

Producer – Support classroom management by coordinating nametags and classroom supplies.

Absentee Communications – Review class rolls and send postcards to kids that have missed two weeks.

Snack Support – Serve the preschoolers by preparing and delivering snacks to their various classrooms.

Preschool puppeteer or music leader – Serve in the preschool ministry as a puppeteer or music leader helper. Additional training will be provided.

If joining the C.L.U.B. is something your child is interested in doing, each child and family should prayerfully consider the requirements and commitment of the ministry opportunity. Then each child must fill out the enclosed application and turn it in by Sunday, September 20th.
